The concern of clinical simulation technicians in Spain, with a decisive vision and favoring the evolution of the sector
Impulsados por la pasión que les une, el equipo técnico de la Universidad Católica de Valencia y la Universidad de Valencia, junto al equipo técnico del Centro Tecnológico de Formación médica de A Coruña (CTF) se unen en el marco del congreso de simulación clínica organizado por SESSEP 2023 con el fin de dar valor a la experiencia y conocimientos del resto de técnicos del territorio español, así como para promover el networking.
The initiative is led by Alberto Centeno who, together with his team, has organized a pre-congress day on April 19 for simulation technicians. The conference consists of four modules or blocks that cover topics of interest for the day-to-day of simulation technicians. The first three make it possible to create a workspace in which new ideas and projects are raised. In the fourth module, it aims to present a series of challenges that attendees must solve in groups.
These challenges consist of real problems or limitations that Spanish simulation centers have been encountering without being able to solve them. The wide range of technical profiles allows the creation of multidisciplinary groups that are experts in a wide variety of subjects, which makes looking for solutions an enriching activity.
En los últimos meses han trabajado por recopilar dificultades y limitaciones reales para ser clasificados por tipología y ser asignados según los perfiles de grupos de técnicos de la jornada. Los grupos serán guiados por otros miembros del equipo organizador, técnicos de simulación con dilatada experiencia en centros que se sirven de la simulación clínica cómo herramienta docente, quienes tratarán de conducir la resolución de los retos.
Once the conference is over, those challenges with materializable proposals will be brought to the attention of the centers that exposed the problem, and collaborative work between centers will be promoted.
