As PRIMARY AUTHOR, in agreement with all co-authors listed below,
I DECLARE
to submit spontaneously and without remuneration to SIMZINE Magazine's Management his contribution/article, unpublished and never submitted to other publishers, entitled: "".

The author, in agreement with all co-authors named below, acting on behalf of himself and his successors in title,
ASSIGN
to the Management of SIMZINE magazine absolutely and exclusively for the duration of twenty years its exploitation rights, including economic exploitation, of the original contribution/article entitled "", by all means and technologies currently existing and/or to be developed in the future. It is therefore understood to include, among others, the reproduction in any way and form, communication - including, but not limited to, also the rights of economic exploitation through interactive digital channels, social networks and websites (by any means currently known or in the future developed) - and distribution of which the article is susceptible.
In addition, the author, in agreement with the co-authors indicated below, ASSIGNS
to the Management the absolute and exclusive right to publish, translate, reproduce, distribute, communicate the contribution/article in any language, by any means and in any form, the rights of publicity exploitation, the right to assign to third parties the rights due on the article, totally or partially, either for a fee or free of charge, without limits of space and within the maximum terms recognized by the regulations in force and with all the methods and technologies currently existing and/or in the future developed.
I further DECLARE
● To be, together with the co-authors, the sole compilers and owners of the contribution/article entitled: ""; and of everything it contains, including tables, figures or images;
● That it is unpublished and has never been submitted to other publishers for evaluation;
● That this contribution/article meets the following requirements according to current legislation:
- that does not infringe the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights)
- which is in full and free availability of the main author and co-authors, having, in this case, acquired from any third party having rights over them express authorization for their publication and/or disclosure, already saving SIMEDITA SRLs company from all damages that may arise in case of violation of third party rights.
- That it has complied with the legislation in force for the citations, already rescuing SIMEDITA SRL from all damages that may arise in case of infringement of third party rights.
The senior author, in agreement with the above-mentioned co-authors, AUTHORIZES the SIMZINE journal address:
● publish your photo together with the contribution/article, accompanied by all the information required by the editorial guidelines provided by SIMZINE's Management;
● publish your social accounts above at the same time;
● to the reproduction and dissemination in any type of textual support (paper, digital, social, web, etc.) of the photo itself and of the entire content of the contribution/article, as described and indicated above.
The principal author, in agreement with the above mentioned co-authors, DISCLAIMS any financial claim against SIMZINE Magazine and
GIVES ITS CONSENT
for the processing of the data necessary for the performance of the operations indicated above, confirming that they have acquired the information provided by the data controller in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 196/03, Reg. EU 679/2016 and any subsequent amendments.
